Project Overview
This Bucher Ave home remodel was completed in two distinct phases over several months. The first phase transformed two bathrooms with unique finishes—one wrapped in natural marble, the other with sleek large-format porcelain tile. Later, we returned to expand and reconfigure the kitchen, creating a more functional open concept kitchen remodel. The result is a cohesive, modern living space that balances elevated materials with smart design in this completed project.

The first bathroom in this Bucher Ave home remodel showcases soft natural marble tile wrapping the walls, paired with a floating vanity and matte black plumbing fixtures. A frameless glass shower enclosure maintains the clean, contemporary aesthetic.
The second bathroom features large-format porcelain slabs with a minimalist floating vanity, custom niche, and linear drain. LED mirrors and soft recessed ceiling lighting illuminate both spaces. Soft-close deep drawers and wall tile extended beyond wet zones create a cohesive, high-end look throughout this bathroom transformation.
Kitchen — Expanded Layout + Luxury Materials
A small structural addition expanded the kitchen footprint, allowing for a fully reconfigured layout with new cabinet wall and island. Custom inset custom cabinetry in two-tone paint features soft brass hardware throughout.
Bookmatched marble countertops flow across work surfaces, complemented by full-height backsplash slabs. A mini waterfall island edge on the island end cap adds a luxury finish detail. Panel-ready appliances, built-in microwave drawer, and concealed hood maintain clean sightlines in this luxury kitchen remodel.
