Project Overview
This Old Orchard Drive home remodel was completed in two phases, beginning with full architectural and engineering planning. The primary goal was creating an open concept kitchen remodel by removing a major load-bearing wall between the kitchen and living room bringing in light, flow, and functionality to this whole home remodel.
Beyond structure, we upgraded the home’s core systems with new electrical, main panel and sub-panel, and modern finishes throughout. Phase two focused on a fully redesigned kitchen and two custom bathrooms, topped off by a clever conversion of a powder room into a full walk-in shower. Every detail was personalized around the homeowners’ lifestyle in this completed project.

The kitchen features custom maple prefinished custom cabinetry with soft-close deep drawers throughout. Seamless quartz countertops slab extends across all work surfaces with matching backsplash tile creating visual continuity.
A spacious walk-in pantry with custom shelving and organizational features maximizes storage while keeping everyday items accessible. New construction windows flood the space with natural light, enhancing the contemporary design. This luxury kitchen remodel balances aesthetics with practical functionality.
Bathrooms — Modern Luxury
Two bathrooms received complete transformations with large-format tile, frameless glass enclosures, and matte black fixtures creating a spa-inspired aesthetic. Clean lines and minimalist details define the contemporary styling throughout.
The most creative solution came from converting an underutilized powder room into a full walk-in shower, adding valuable functionality to the home’s bathroom count. This demonstrates the thoughtful problem-solving approach that defines this renovation showcase.
